Phil has worked in construction for over 30 years and has a wealth of experience within the field. He runs the County Group of Companies. He lives with his Wife, spends time with their large family alongside playing golf.

Han runs a lot of the behind-the-scenes work at CPM. She ensures projects run smoothly by organising diaries, liaising with customers, and coordinating with the team. Her role is key to making sure customers receive a satisfactory service. In her free time, she enjoys walking her dogs with her partner.

Sean brings several years of experience in the commercial plumbing and bathroom industry. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling to Devon to stay at his family holiday home with his partner.

Kieran is our reliable plumbers mate. His strong work ethic and hands-on skills ensures our jobs run efficiently. Outside of work, he stays active by practicing MMA and going to the gym.

Viv works in our accounts team and deals with the accounts behind the scenes. Viv lives in Newent with her family and loves going away in her camper travelling around the UK with plans to go further afield.
