Han runs a lot of the behind-the-scenes work at CPM. She ensures projects run smoothly by organising diaries, liaising with customers, and co-ordinating with the team. Her role is key to making sure customers receive a satisfactory service. In her free time, she enjoys walking her dogs with her partner.

Phil has worked in construction for over 30 years and has a wealth of experience within the field. He runs the County Group of Companies. He spends his free time with their large family alongside playing golf.

Bathroom Fitter/Plumber

Kieran is our skilled and reliable bathroom fitter, known for his strong work ethic and practical know-how. Starting out with us as a plumber’s mate, he’s built a solid foundation in the trade and helps ensure each project runs smoothly from start to finish. Outside of work, Kieran stays active with MMA training and regular gym sessions.

Viv works in our accounts team and deals with the accounts behind the scenes. Viv lives in Newent with her family and loves going away in her camper travelling around the UK with plans to go further afield.

Rebecca manages our accounts, sends out our invoices, maintains organised records and tracks payments. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring different restaurants and trying new foods.
